With a strong background in banking and financial strategy, Phil oversees systemwide financial performance, royalty processes, and franchise profitability insights. His proactive approach strengthens the operational foundation of 3Natives Acai Cafe and supports long-term, sustainable franchise growth.
With experience in franchise recruiting and multi-brand expansion, Aaron leads 3Natives Acai Cafe’s national growth strategy. He identifies strong franchise candidates, guides them through the discovery process, and supports expansion into new markets with clarity and transparency.
